Chanting and celebration of the Kathin offering, 2025

On Sunday, 26 October 2025 (the 5th day of the waxing moon, 12th lunar month, Year of the Snake), Wat Pan Prasit Aram held a Buddhist chanting ceremony to celebrate the Kathin (robe-offering) procession around the ordination hall, as part of the 2025 communal Kathin ceremony.
The ceremony began with chanting by the Sangha of Wat Pan Prasit Aram together with devotees, for the auspiciousness of all participants and as an offering to the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha.
The atmosphere was calm, devout and full of unity among Buddhists, including monks, devotees and the surrounding community, who came to rejoice in the merit of this important ceremony.
The chanting ceremony celebrating the Kathin procession is one of the key activities of the communal Kathin ceremony that Wat Pan Prasit Aram holds every year, to uphold Buddhism and Thailand's beautiful traditions.
